Open Enrollment for the 2021-2022 After-School program begins TODAY! Friday, August 6th! Enroll your child in the Boys & Girls Club of Door County and allow them access to:

- Opportunity to build character in a safe environment
An annual membership includes after-school programming and any half days.The cost of a membership is $36 per school year, per child, with a maximum of $72 per family. Who can be a Member?
School Age Children, K-8th grade attending Sturgeon Bay School District(Due to COVID policies, if your child attends a parochial school within the Sturgeon Bay School District please reach out to Membership before enrolling.)
When is the Club open?
Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 6:30pm. Extra programming will be available for Full-Day and Holiday breaks when school is not in session. Please review Boys & Girls Club of Door County Calendar for pre-registration on these available dates. An additional fee of $5/day will be charged for these extra days.
We will be accepting completed applications with Payment at the Front Desk of the Hatch Center at 55 S. 3rd Ave, Sturgeon Bay WI 54235
